Internet Video Magazine Winter Fun Contest - 

 Brought to you by Internet Video Magazine, Discreet, Bella Corporation and HP.

All you got to do, is to create and post a short (under two minute) video movie that exemplifies the theme of Winter Fun. This can be everything from holiday celebrations to family events to outdoor sports like skiing and ice-skating.  In addition, the judges will be looking for submissions that demonstrate mastery of internet video production techniques. 

Movie makers can utilize whatever video format they feel most comfortable with, as long as the total running time is under two minutes. The submitted films have to be posted on the net for access – finished movies can be posted on the film makers personal web site, on a business site or a public or free site.

The winning films, as well as the finalists, will all be spotlighted here at Internet Video Magazine.  Even if you don’t win one of the top prizes, we’ll still promote your video and tell the world how smart, wonderful and creative you are.”

 Winners will be announced in April  2004. The first place winner will receive a choice of either cleaner6 for mac or cleanerXL for Windows from Discreet. Second place will be awarded a DV Keyboard from Bella Corporation and the third place winner will get a wireless digital media receiver from HP.

Here are the rules.

Please no demo reels of effects - we want to be entertained. Please don't recycle your old videos and films. Create something new.

The content of your video can be of any subject matter, but must be "family
friendly" and can not exceed 2 minutes in duration.  As the name suggests this is INTERNET VIDEO - so please do NOT mail VHS tapes or DVD's. 

To submit your entry, simply send a link to us pointing to your video url or other any other server where the video is hosted (see list of other/free hosting services). 

Complete and email back the contact info form and release.

You can only enter one video for the contest. Submissions will be accepted
 from February 1, 2004 to March 31, 2004.
