With just over a week left inEl
Pollo Loco's Where's The Flame Grill Campaign,
the competition is stirring up in regards to who will have the funniest
or most entertaining video showing why flame-grilling chicken is simply
the best. Who says cooking chicken with a hair dryer doesn't taste good,
well we do, but its still pretty funny to watch as consumers are
submitting videos on how to cook chicken via alternative means to try
and compete with El Pollo Loco's one-of-kind flame-grilled
citrus-marinated taste.
Just remember to read the rules, be safe, don't mention or show any
brands other than El Pollo Loco. You must be 18 years or older to enter.
Employees, franchises and agencies of El Pollo Loco, Inc. are not
allowed to participate but we do encourage you to spread the word.

15 Second Film Festival. They already have lots of great submissions

The Short Film Network (www.ShortFilmNetwork.com) recently
launched to create a mainstream distribution channel for the best
short films. Instead of searching the web for the best short films,
they'll create and send you the best shorts on a compilation DVD
every month direct to your home.
If you are a filmmaker, you might want to contact them and submit
your work.
Short Film Network is also trying to educate filmmakers on making
commercially viable and clearable films. Almost half the indie films
and shorts are unusable because someone used a piece of unlicensed
music, forgot to get someone to sign a release or didn't even know they
had to worry about that stuff.
Also, there's a growing demand for short form video for the internet and
cell phones. Filmmakers have got to learn how to tap these opportunities
and they are trying to help the situation.
